Jeremy McJunkin is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and backend development. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Rescale since October 2019, Jeremy also holds the position of CEO at Clear Sky Consulting LLC from April 2019. Jeremy previously worked as a Senior Backend Engineer and AWS Expert at Newscycle Solutions from June 2016 to April 2019, and as a Senior Software Engineer at DoApp, Inc. from November 2009 to June 2016, where the initial Mobile Local News app for iOS and Android was developed. Earlier experience includes a tenure at IBM from June 2001 to November 2009, and a consulting role at DoApp Inc. in 2008. Jeremy's educational background includes studies at the University of Minnesota from 1988 to 2006, with expertise in building highly available applications using a straightforward CICD process in AWS.
