Ben Guthrie has a total work experience of ten years. Ben started working at Parseq in April 2013 as an Account Manager, where they maintained a working relationship with clients, delivered set KPIs, and ensured adherence to quality and compliance guidelines. Ben also created and delivered operational reviews and used performance reporting and analysis to identify key areas and trends on campaigns. In November 2016, they joined ResQ as a Client Services Manager, where they worked alongside a vast client portfolio and had day-to-day responsibilities including maintaining a strong working relationship with clients, delivering set KPIs, and creating new clients and campaigns. Ben assisted in devising successful data strategies, created and delivered operational reviews, and trained members of the Client Services team. In September 2018, they were promoted to Manager of Client Services and eventually became the Head of Client Implementation in January 2022.
Ben Guthrie attended Whitley Bay High School from 2002 to 2007. Ben later pursued a degree in Advertising at Newcastle College from 2008 to 2010.
