Shannon McLeod has a diverse background in operations management, with experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Production Control Supervisor, Master Scheduler, and Operations Business Support Analyst. They have worked for companies such as Renaissance Network Reinvent, Sanmina, BreconRidge, and Mitel. Shannon has been responsible for monitoring manufacturing delivery schedules, ensuring customer commitments are met, developing and managing master schedules, and finding ways to improve manufacturing processes. They have also provided support for new customer builds and projects aimed at improving operations. Shannon's education includes Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
