Tommy Thompson is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the business process outsourcing and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Partner of Operations at Chime Solutions since January 2021, Tommy oversees all daily business operations for a prominent BPO service provider. Previously, Tommy held the position of Senior VP of Operations at Adcomm, Inc., where initiatives were implemented to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Tommy's career also includes significant roles such as Vice President of Home Services at Trident Marketing, where strategic planning for a $50M division was conducted, and Senior Manager of Sales Strategy at EarthLink, Inc. Academically, Tommy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
