Jonathan Mann has a strong background in user experience design, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Jonathan is currently the Vice President of User Experience at Renaissance Learning and is responsible for leading the User Experience team. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of User Experience Design and Accessibility at Target. Jonathan has also held the position of Director of User Experience Design at PayPal, where they led designs for various products and was instrumental in improving customer engagement and profitability. Earlier in their career, they worked at Intel as a Human Factors Engineer, where they designed user interfaces, developed eLearning materials, and supported knowledge management initiatives.
Jonathan Mann has a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and Media Design from Arizona State University. Jonathan also has obtained a Behavioral Economics Immersion from Yale School of Management in 2016. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology/Liberal Arts from Stony Brook University. Jonathan Mann received a certification as a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International in 2002.
