Melissa Sweeney is a seasoned community liaison and outreach consultant with extensive experience in managing community engagement for various real estate projects in Santa Monica. Currently serving as a Community Liaison for Tishman Speyer and Related California, Melissa provides pivotal communication services during the construction phases of mixed-use and affordable housing projects. As a Partner at Coyne & Salvant, Melissa oversees promotion and logistics for creatives. Previous roles include Community Outreach Consultant for noteworthy projects such as the Ocean Avenue Project designed by Frank Gehry and the Approved Miramar Hotel Project, among others. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Religious Studies from the University of California, completed in 1976.
