Erika Salama possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR professional at Azrieli Group since February 2023. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Eitan Medical and Elbit Systems Ltd, as well as Human Resources Coordinator at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. Erika began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where service spanned eight years. Academically, Erika holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University.
