Sonali Thapa is currently the Talent Acquisition Head at Relanto, an international consulting and technology firm specializing in real-time planning and decision-making solutions, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Delivery Manager at Colossal Systems Inc from August 2019 to July 2021 and at COGENT Infotech from February 2017 to June 2019. Sonali also served as Delivery Manager at e-Solutions Inc from October 2015 to February 2017 and as Assistant Manager - Recruitment at Nityo Infotech from June 2014 to October 2015.
