Nahal Amini is a professional in talent sourcing and acquisition with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Sourcing and Acquisition specialist at Candidate-1st since January 2024, Nahal previously worked as a Recruiter at the Iran National Standard Organisation (INSO) for a short period in 2021. Nahal's experience includes roles as Human Resource Officer and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kalavarzesh Sport Magazine, along with a position as Junior Recruiter. Nahal holds a Master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from Maastricht University and another Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Islamic Azad University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
