Cody Bailey has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and irrigation industry. Starting in 2007 at Rain For Rent, they gained sales experience as a Sales Representative, exceeding goals and receiving recognition for their performance. In 2011, they joined Reinke Manufacturing Co., Inc. as a Sales & Marketing Specialist turned Product Manager, where they focused on precision irrigation and remote management technologies. Cody later became the Director Of Engineering and ultimately the Director of Product Management, taking ownership of product plans and performance from conception to retirement. Cody is experienced in product strategy, revenue generation, dealer and sales training, and has a strong background in sales and marketing.

Cody Bailey began their education in 2007 at Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they studied Architectural Engineering. Cody completed their studies in 2008. From 2009 onwards, Cody enrolled in the Penn Foster Group and pursued a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. It can be inferred that they are currently pursuing this degree and is expected to finish their education in 2025.
