Justin H. is an experienced professional in the field of environmental protection, currently serving as the Environmental Protection & Business Support Team Leader and Contaminated Land Officer at Reigate & Banstead Borough Council since February 2013. With over 12 years of consultancy and local authority experience in contaminated land, Justin previously held the position of Contaminated Land Officer at Woking Borough Council from September 2017 to October 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Chartered Environmental Consultant at RPS Group Plc from July 2006 to January 2013, where responsibilities encompassed Phase I Environmental Reviews and Phase II Site Investigations on various potentially contaminated sites. Justin began their career at RPS Group Plc as an Environmental Scientist from July 2004 to April 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in European Environmental Management and a Bachelor's degree in Geography, both from Lancaster University, as well as earlier education at Dr Challoners Grammar School and Berkhamsted Boys School.
