Jordan Elder is the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Regulatory Compliance Associates Inc. (RCA). Jordan has over 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on regulatory affairs.

Jordan started their career at Zimmer Biomet in November 2019 as a Corporate Regulatory Affairs - Senior Project Manager. In this role, they led corporate regulatory policy and intelligence activities, including participation in industry working groups, analyzing intelligence report trends, and providing corporate policy consensus as the Zimmer Biomet regulatory liaison to government agencies, standards organizations, industry professionals, academics and other applicable groups.

In March 2022, Jordan left Zimmer Biomet to join RCA. In their current role as Director of Regulatory Affairs, they are responsible for providing regulatory compliance support to RCA clients. This includes developing and implementing compliance programs, preparing and submitting regulatory filings, and conducting audits.

Jordan Elder has a Doctor of Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a Masters Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from Ball State University, a Master's Degree in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Compliance from Purdue University, and a Certificate in Regulatory Affairs from Ivy Tech Community College. They also have a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Indiana University Bloomington. They are certified by Exemplar Global, Inc. as a Certified Lead Auditor ISO 13485:2016 and by Villanova University as a Six Sigma Black Belt. They are also certified by the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) as a Regulatory Affairs Certification - RAC US.
