Michael Leonidas Portillo is an experienced Petroleum Landman currently working at Energy Access Solutions since March 2019. Prior roles include serving as a Surface Land Contract Agent at ConocoPhillips, where responsibilities encompassed property tax return preparation, negotiation of property tax valuations, rights-of-way transactions, and claims settlement. Additionally, experience as a ROW Agent/Landman at Total Field Services involved field investigations and ownership record assessments. Earlier in their career, bar management and service roles were held at The Runway Bar & Grill and Rockfish Seafood Grill, showcasing significant sales improvements and efficiency initiatives. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston, with prior education from Texas State University and Westfield High School.
