Mary Wangui is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and capacity building. Currently serving as a Training Manager at RefugePoint since August 2014, Mary Wangui focuses on knowledge management and collaboration with community-based organizations to strengthen their capacities. Previously, as a Livelihoods Officer, Mary Wangui facilitated training in basic business skills, assessed business proposals, and supported entrepreneurs post-granting. Prior experience includes working as a Micro Banker at the National Bank of Kenya, where viable businesses were identified for partnerships, and as a Training Consultant at TechnoServe, coordinating entrepreneurship training for secondary school students. Mary Wangui holds a Bachelor of Education in Business/Commerce from the University of Nairobi.
