Hannah Bensusan is an experienced professional in the field of refugee assistance and resettlement, currently serving as the NGO Referrals Program Manager at RefugePoint since January 2023. Prior to this role, Hannah worked with UNHCR from March 2020 to January 2023 as an Associate Durable Solutions Officer, where responsibilities included supervising local integration strategies in Mexico and managing national programs for refugees. Hannah also served as a Resettlement Expert at both the Danish Refugee Council and RefugePoint, contributing to urgent resettlement cases and establishing protection frameworks in emergency settings. Additional roles included internships and advisory positions focused on migration, asylum support, and qualitative research, further supported by a Master’s degree in Peace Operations, Humanitarian Law and Conflict from the Irish Centre for Human Rights.
