Ignacio Lanne Lenne Astudillo's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Ignacio started their career as a "Responsable de Relaciones Corporativas" at ESTIEM from May 2010 to September 2011, where they helped develop collaborative projects with companies and institutions. Ignacio then worked as a "Beca Agente del Cambio Lean Manufacturing" at Airbus Defence and Space from March 2012 to February 2013, where they promoted a cultural change towards Lean Manufacturing and contributed to implementing continuous improvement projects.
After that, Ignacio joined AERTEC Solutions as a "Manager Gestión de Cliente y Mejora Continua" from February 2013 to August 2014, where they focused on customer management and continuous improvement. Ignacio then worked at TRIGO as a "Manager Conformidad de Producto" from August 2014 to July 2015, responsible for product conformity.
In September 2015, Ignacio joined The HEINEKEN Company, initially as a "Gestor de Activación," where they advised clients on implementing trade marketing strategies and gaining market share until March 2017. Ignacio then worked as a "Project Executive Draught Beer Installations" from April 2017 to July 2018, managing projects to improve operational processes and resource management. Finally, they served as an "Innovation Project Executive" from July 2018 to August 2020, coordinating teams to launch digital solutions and technological tools in the Horeca channel.
