Chris Bailey has worked in various roles over the past 13 years. In 2018, they were Making it Happen at M.i.A Merchandise. From 2014 to 2011, they were the Chief Operating Officer & UK Managing Director at Disrupt., where they developed a business sales strategy for a multi million dollar business and created an operational process and customer journey. From 2011 to 2007, they were the Head of Operations and General Manager at TUI Travel PLC and Student City Travel, respectively. At TUI Travel PLC, they improved operational systems, processes and policies and developed and implemented a system to track margin more efficiently. At Student City Travel, they oversaw the entire operations for the business and improved the operational systems, processes and policies. Lastly, from 2007 to 2011, they were the General Manager at Ski Alpine Ltd., where they decided on the business objectives, policies and programs and assessed the performance of the organisation, its activities and staff.
Chris Bailey graduated from Bournemouth University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Business and Marketing.
