Wesley Williams has extensive experience in the refrigeration industry, currently serving as a Service Sales Account Manager at Refrigerated Warehouse Construction Company (RWC, LLC) since January 2020. Prior to this role, Wesley founded and served as President of WBM Solutions, providing services for commercial and light industrial refrigeration applications. Previous positions include Regional Cx Manager and Cx Field Agent at En-Reps, where management of teams and quality assurance for retail store commissioning were key responsibilities. Wesley also held the position of Start-Up Lead Service Technician at DEEM, overseeing start-up and service for supermarket chains and leading refrigerant conversion projects. Additionally, Wesley worked as a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician at QBR Refrigeration, executing diagnostics, repairs, and customer service. Early career experience includes installing audio/video and alarm systems at Executive Motorsports. Wesley holds a degree in Commercial Service Technician, HVAC/R from Houston Community College, completed in 2009.
