Blake Gaderlund is an accomplished Mechanical Engineering Manager with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently at RefleXion Medical since July 2018, Blake leads a team of engineers in developing radiotherapy subsystems from concept through prototyping and testing. Prior experience includes notable tenure at Varian Medical Systems as both a Mechanical Engineering Manager and a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing engineering teams, developing project schedules, and overseeing subsystem project management. Blake began a career in manufacturing engineering with a focus on design support in medical device production. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Design from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
