Bright Williams has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to present. In 2012, they held a Business Development Internship at Aeris Communications. In 2013, they were a Foreign Exchange Proprietary Trading Intern at Tradetheturn. In 2014, they were a Private Wealth Management Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley and a Technical Market Analysis Intern at Aether Analytics. From 2015 to 2019, they were an Institutional Equity Sales Associate at B. Riley FBR, Inc. and currently serves as the Founder of Refermate, a shop, refer, and earn platform at over 26,000 stores and brands.

Bright Williams received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Accounting, Statistics from UC Santa Barbara in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Elsinore High School from 2006 to 2010. In September 2015, they obtained certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for both the Series 63 and Series 7.
