Will Stone has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Sailing Instructor at St. Mary's Boat Club. In 2015, they took on the role of Lead Deckhand at Murphy's on the Water and Co-Founder at CanTutor Educational Services Inc. In 2016, they began working at Dalhousie University Department of Psychiatry as a Research Assistant, Masters Candidate, and Laboratory Technician. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed as Head of AI at ReelData.

Will Stone attended Dalhousie University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physics (Hons) and a Minor in Mathematics. Will continued their studies at Dalhousie University from 2017 to 2019, obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Science.
