Mike Papaik is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in product design and development, currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at Reelcraft Industries, Inc. since April 2019. Throughout the career, Mike has held various leadership roles, including Engineering Manager for both the OEM segment and the design engineering group, where responsibilities included overseeing design processes, product launches, and maintaining customer relationships. Previous positions included Senior Design Engineer and Customer Support Manager, with expertise in prototype building, FEA, CAD design, and problem-solving. Mike's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, attained in 2008.
