Geison Soares is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Design Validation Engineer III at Sumitomo Drive Technologies since November 2012. In this role, Geison has aligned design practices with internal capabilities and validated engineering calculations, drawings, and designs against internal standards. Previously, Geison held various positions within the same company, including Product Designer Specialist, Mechanical Designer, and Mechanical Drafter, focusing on the engineering and design of complex gearboxes. Prior experience includes roles as a Mechanical Draftsman at Seicom Materiais, an Assistant Draftsman at Prestcad Comércio Informática Engenharia, and a Technical Draftsman at Work Industrial Engenharia, contributing to the design and drafting of various mechanical systems and components. Geison holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Design from Sorocaba Technological College and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo.
