Tal Block Temin is a skilled Food Technologist at Redefine Meat since February 2021, leading research and development projects focused on cultured-meat products for the global market while exploring innovative methods, technologies, and materials to enhance product quality. Prior to this role, Tal worked as a Research Assistant at the Weizmann Institute of Science from January 2020 to February 2021, contributing to research on the Malaria parasite and participating in the publication of two scientific articles. Tal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completed in September 2021.
