Andre Swain has a diverse and extensive work experience. Andre began their career at FedEx/Watkins Motorlines as an Operations Manager, where they supervised and trained staff, coordinated schedules, and handled bookkeeping and payroll. Andre then worked at AT&T/Bellsouth Communications as a Systems Specialist, performing network analysis and maintaining broadband data transmissions. Andre also served in the Army National Guard as a Cav Scout, providing engineering support, technical liaison, and team coordination.

After that, Andre joined Honda Mfg. of Alabama and held various roles. Andre started as a Technical Specialist, designing and supporting the plant's network infrastructure. Later, they became an Infrastructure Manager, supervising IT associates and developing business plans. Andre then served as the Chief Technical Architect/IT Manager, overseeing IT staff, strategic planning, and budget management.

In 2015, Andre joined Maynard Cooper & Gale as the Director of Information Technology. Andre managed and supervised all IT aspects for the firm, including staff, technical planning, and strategy development. Finally, Andre currently works at Red8 as the Customer Advocate Director. In this role, they manage internal and external customers, analyzes and resolves customer issues, and ensures optimal customer service.

Andre Swain attended Faulkner University from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business. Afterward, their educational path is unclear.
