Neil Lloyd has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to account management and customer service. Neil is currently working as a Regional Account Manager at Red Industries since October 2021. Prior to this, Neil worked at PCI Pharma Services for almost 20 years, where they held the positions of Principal Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Customer Relations Manager. Their responsibilities included project set-up, project administration, financial tracking, managing key accounts, generating new business, and dealing with tenders and contracts. Before joining PCI Pharma Services, Neil worked at Shanks Waste Management as a Key Account Manager and Customer Care Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, producing budgets and reports, and overseeing customer service operations. Neil also has experience working as a Waste Regulations Officer at Torfaen County Borough Council and as an Analyst at Biozyme Ltd.
Neil Lloyd's education history includes obtaining several qualifications over the years. In 1979, they attended Abersychan Comprehensive where they earned O levels in subjects such as English Language, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, History, Geography, English Literature, and Latin. From 1984 to 1986, Neil studied at Pontypool College, where they completed A levels in Chemistry and Biology, as well as O levels in Economics and General Studies. Neil then pursued a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Combined Studies in Science, with a focus on Chemistry and Biology, from 1986 to 1989 at Trent Polytechnic. In 1992 to 1994, Neil enrolled at Cardiff Institute of Higher Education and obtained an IWM Diploma in Waste Management. Lastly, in 2001, they attended Gwent College of Further Education (Newport) and received a Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage Operations.
