Karl Henrik Felde is a seasoned professional in sports marketing and management with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Head of Sport Marketing at Red Bull since August 2023, Karl has also been the Owner of WINNERS MANAGEMENT since August 2016, specializing in athlete representation and sports event management. Co-founder and General Manager of the Joshua King Football Academy, Karl is dedicated to providing free football training for underprivileged youth. Previous roles include General Manager and Brand Director at Active Brands AS and Bergans Fritid AS, where Karl directed marketing strategies and brand development. Notable experience also includes positions at Nike EMEA, Puma, and Eurosport, along with a successful track and field athletic career, earning 40 Norwegian championship medals. Karl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Markedskommunikasjon from BI Norwegian Business School and various certifications in coaching and negotiations.
