Bella Noor Karim has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked as a Public Relations Intern at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk for three months. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Customer Service Representative at Amar Bank. Since October 2021, Bella has been working as a Social Media Officer at Haus Indonesia - PT. Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara.

Bella Noor Karim obtained a Diploma in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the State University of Jakarta (Universitas Negeri Jakarta) between 2015 and 2018.
