Tim De Boer is an experienced leader currently serving as the CEO of Reconfig, focusing on creating AI-powered organizations, and as Managing Partner at Growth Engine, providing marketing and sales consulting for business growth. As the owner of Tim de Boer Consultancy, Tim offers consultancy, interim management, and investment services. Previously, Tim held the position of VP and Head of Gainshare EMEA at LivePerson, where Tim transformed customer communication through AI. Tim was also the Head of Marketing and CMO at Houthoff, a prominent Dutch law firm, and served as CEO of Ketchum Amsterdam, where Tim managed the offices' global portfolio. Earlier experience includes leading Pleon in the Netherlands and founding Meridian Technology Marketing Europe. Tim holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Laws from Open Universiteit, along with various other qualifications in finance, marketing, and management.
