Roman B. has a diverse work experience in e-commerce. Roman currently holds the position of Director of E-commerce at RecirQ since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at R&B ONLINE TRADING, CORP. from May 2017 to August 2022.

Roman's previous experience includes working as the Director of E-commerce at McDonald Paper & Restaurant Supplies from March 2014 to April 2017. During their time there, they successfully built and launched a new e-commerce division, implemented a multi-channel online sales management system, and achieved significant revenue growth for the company.

Before joining McDonald Paper, Roman worked as an Assistant E-commerce Manager at PexUniverse.com from August 2013 to March 2014.

Roman B. obtained a Master's degree in International Economics from Kyiv National Economics University. Roman attended the university from 2003 until 2009.
