Cassi Hansen is currently the Head of People at Rec Room, with previous experience as Vice President of People Operations and Director of Talent Acquisition, Culture, and Engagement at Nerdery. Cassi also served as a Recruiting Manager, overseeing talent acquisition strategies, employee onboarding, candidate experience, and employer branding. With a BA in Communication Studies from Hamline University, Cassi has demonstrated strategic leadership in various aspects of talent management and acquisition within the industry.
