Monica Bhatti Roberts serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Chief Diversity Officer at Paylocity, where responsibilities include shaping strategic initiatives for talent acquisition and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. With extensive experience in recruitment, Monica previously held roles at Abbott, including Director of Global Divisional Recruitment, leading a team of over 100 talent acquisition professionals, and managing executive recruitment across multiple divisions. Additionally, Monica has contributed to the Healthcare Business Women’s Association Europe Chapter as an Advisory Board Member and has experience as a Technical Recruiter at Hall Kinion. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University.
