Troy Smith has been working in the creative design field since 2014. Troy began their career at Graffiti Graffix as a Graphic Design Manager and continued in this role until 2019, when they joined Rebel Athletic as a Creative Designer. In 2018, they also interned at Dillard's Inc. in the Men's product development and design department, where they worked in sourcing, packaging design, technical, and CAD. Troy also served as the assistant of the designer for Dillard's Exclusive Brand Caribbean, and presented a full line which Dillard's adopted and produced in the stores.

Troy Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Central Arkansas.
