Sylvia Höök has a diverse work experience in customer service, finance, and retail. Sylvia currently works at Organic Basics, where they are a Customer Experience Specialist. Prior to that, they were a Retail Representative at the same company. Before joining Organic Basics, Sylvia worked at CBS Climate Club as the Head of Finance from March 2022 to March 2023. Sylvia also has experience as a Store Supervisor at JJ Bean Coffee Roasters from March 2019 to February 2020.

Sylvia Höök pursued their education at Copenhagen Business School from 2021 to 2024. During this period, they worked diligently and attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Sociology, specializing in the fields of Business and Sociology.
