Mark Cooke

Mark Cooke has a diverse work experience. Mark is the Founder and CEO of Reason Consulting Corporation since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Contributing CIO at The National CIO Review® starting from March 2021. From June 2004 to May 2022, they worked as the Chief Innovation Officer at Tax Management Associates, Inc. Mark also served on the Board of Directors at The Light Factory Contemporary Museum of Photography & Film from March 2015 to March 2017. Mark was the Board Vice President at E2HD - Economic Enterprises for Humanitarian Development from August 2011 to June 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Wake Forest University Babcock School of Business in 2014 and as a Lecturer at the University of Connecticut from September 2001 to May 2004.

In 1993, Mark started their undergraduate studies at Tulane University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Anthropology. Mark completed their undergraduate studies in 1997.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Mark furthered their education by pursuing a Ph.D. in Anthropology at the University of Connecticut. Mark began their Ph.D. program in 1999 and completed it in 2004.

In 2019, Mark attended the Harvard Business Analytics Program and successfully obtained a Certificate in the program.

In addition to their formal education, Mark obtained various certifications. In 2014, they became a KNIME Trusted Instructor. In November 2019, Mark obtained certifications in Data Science with KNIME - L1 and L2 from the institution KNIME. Furthermore, in 2017, they completed several courses on Google Cloud Platform through Coursera, including "Designing Highly Scalable Web Apps on Google Cloud Platform," "Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals," "Google Cloud Platform for Systems Operations Professionals Specialization," "Computing, Storage and Security with Google Cloud Platform," "Configuration Management on Google Cloud Platform," and "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure."
