Barry Leonard is a seasoned journalist and educator with extensive experience in sports writing and teaching. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Writer for Roar Lions Roar since July 2019, Barry specializes in covering live Penn State sports events. As a Site Expert and Lead Site Expert for FanSided since August 2013, Barry produces 30-40 articles monthly while managing a team of writers and overseeing social media engagement. Barry also contributes to fantasy sports discussions for RotoBaller and served as an NHL/MLB Update Writer for RotoWire. In addition to writing, Barry has been the Men's Golf Coach at Wilson College since February 2018, overseeing various aspects of the Division III program. With over 18 years of teaching experience at Waynesboro Area School District, Barry effectively utilizes strong time management and adaptability skills in the classroom.
