Isabelle Duplan currently serves as HR Manager at RealDev since January 2020, overseeing HR management, people management support, training and development, recruitment, and payroll and benefits. Previously, Isabelle held the position of HR Officer at RealDev, focusing on recruitment, payroll, HR administration, and improving HR procedures. Prior to RealDev, Isabelle worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Excel Careers, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process and HR administration for temporary workers. Additional experience includes roles as Store Manager at Official Smurf Store and various short-term positions in production assistance. Isabelle holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has completed multiple certifications in HR and management, including an Executive Master in Human Resources from Ichec Brussels Management School.
