Erin Moody, PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS has extensive experience in human resources management. Erin started their career at the Air Line Pilots Association, where they worked as a Council Services Coordinator, handling logistics, communication, and administrative tasks for pilot group meetings. Erin then joined Intelligent Decisions as an HR Specialist, specializing in benefits administration and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Erin later joined NTT Data Federal Services as an HR Manager, where they provided guidance and management of HR services and programs, focusing on employee relations and conflict resolution. After that, they worked as an HR Manager at Ian, Evan & Alexander Corp (IEA), overseeing HR processes and programs. Erin then moved on to Spear, Inc., where they served as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for all HR functions and making recommendations for improvement. Erin briefly held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Spear, Inc. before becoming the HR Director at SPEAR, a CALIBRE Company. In this role, Erin directed the people functions of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing effective HR policies and programs. Most recently, they joined CALIBRE Systems, Inc. as the Human Resources Director, leading a team of HR Generalists and overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including legal compliance and employee management. Erin's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR management, compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy development.

Erin Moody, PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS has an extensive education history and multiple certifications. Erin completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Bridgewater College. Additionally, Erin is in the process of obtaining a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

Erin has obtained three additional certifications in the field of Human Resources. Erin is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), having received this certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in February 2015. Erin is also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, which they earned from the International Society of Employee Benefit Plans/Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Finally, they hold the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
