Bridgette Ginyard is the National Director of Talent at Reading Partners. Bridgette has over 12 years of experience in talent recruitment and scouting, with a focus on developing an organizational culture of talent scouting. Bridgette has a proven track record of building recruitment systems, tools, and resources to improve organization-wide search processes and support organizational growth. Bridgette is passionate about unconscious bias training and has launched and co-led a series of training programs on this topic. Bridgette is also an expert in employer branding and has helped launch and hire for new programmatic sites across the nation.
Bridgette Ginyard has a B.A. in Journalism from Howard University and certification from McKinsey & Company in Problem Solving.
Bridgette Ginyard reports to Jennifer Joyce, Managing Director of National Programs. They are on a team with Michael Todd - National Senior Director, Marketing & Communications, Chrishana White - Director of National Community Engagement, and Kat King - Director of National Service.
