Sophia Lindan Song has a diverse range of work experience in the market research and banking sectors. Sophia Lindan is currently working as a Market Research Manager at Reach3 Insights since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a freelance Market Researcher starting from March 2020.

Before their freelancing, Sophia held positions at Vision Critical from July 2017 to December 2019. During their time there, they served as a Senior Research Executive, where they specialized in various research methodologies and worked with clients in industries such as telecommunications, technology, healthcare, FMCG, and financial services. Sophia's earlier experiences include working as a Financial Analyst at Agricultural Bank of China from July 2012 to June 2013, and an internship at HSBC in the Retail Banking & Wealth Management Department from January 2012 to June 2012.

Sophia Lindan Song's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of Technology Sydney & Shanghai University, obtained between 2008 and 2012. In 2016 and 2017, they pursued further education in International Management, earning a CEMS Master's in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, a Master of International Management (CEMS) from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and a Master of Management (CEMS) from The University of Sydney Business School.
