Paula Catoira has a diverse work experience in product marketing and enablement. Paula most recently held the position of VP of Product Marketing and Enablement at Rival Group Inc., Reach3 Insights, and Rival Technologies starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they were AVP Product Marketing at Info-Tech Research Group from December 2022 to April 2023. In 2022, they worked as VP of Growth Enablement and Global Marketing at VTEX and as Head of Marketing at GeoComply in 2021. Paula also served as Head of Product Management, Chief of Staff of the CEO, and Director of Product Marketing at Allocadia from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Elastic Path Software from 2016 to 2018. Paula's earlier roles include Product Marketing Manager and Global Channel Partner Manager at Colligo from 2014 to 2016 and Head of Marketing at Pacific Alliance Technologies from 2011 to 2014. Throughout their career, Paula has shown expertise in product strategy, cross-functional alignment, team management, and market analysis.
Paula Catoira holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Production and Mechanical, which they obtained from the PontifÃcia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro between 1996 and 2001. Paula later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management at Ibmec, completing it from 2004 to 2005.
In 2011, Paula attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology for two short courses. The first course focused on the essentials of Marketing, while the second course centered on Social Media Marketing.
In 2022, Paula obtained a Persona Certified | Masters degree from the Product Marketing Alliance. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications, including Customer Research | Masters, Messaging Certified | Masters, Positioning Certified | Masters, Go-to-Market Certified | Masters, Market Research Certified | Masters, Persona Certified | Masters, and Segmentation Certified | Masters, all from the Product Marketing Alliance. Paula also holds a certification in Advanced Google Analytics from Google Analytics, obtained in September 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Product Manager Certificate from Product School in October 2020 and a Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level Three (PMC-III) from Pragmatic Marketing in February 2016. Furthermore, Paula completed a course on Digital Marketing Strategies at Kellogg Executive Education in January 2022.
