Manya Lamba began their work experience as a Senior Research Manager at Kantar Millward Brown in May 2015. Manya held this position until February 2019. In June 2019, they joined Reach3 Insights as a Senior Research Consultant. After four years, in April 2023, they were promoted to the role of Associate Research Director at the same company.

Manya Lamba obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from MCM DAV College for Women, Punjab University in 2013. Manya then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Fortune Institute of International Business from 2013 to 2015.
