Betsy Silver has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Betsy started their career in 1982 as a Branch Manager/Operations Manager at PCLC, where they exceeded branch financial goals and led efforts to improve the work environment and increase customer satisfaction. Betsy then moved on to ZLAND.COM in 1999 as a Branch Manager, where they were responsible for operations management, sales, and staff training. Betsy successfully closed over half of the revenue in the first year of operation. In 2001, Betsy joined RDA as a Sr. Account Executive before being promoted to Director of Business Development in 2009. At RDA, they focused on helping clients achieve their business objectives through digital marketing solutions. Betsy retired in September 2018.

Betsy Silver received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Colgate University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980.
