Aileen Reid is an accomplished technology and digital leader with extensive experience in research and development, safety, regulatory, and quality across multiple industries. Currently serving as Global Head of Tech & Digital at Reckitt since September 2018, Aileen has held several key roles including Area CIO for Europe & ANZ in Health & Nutrition and Global IT Director for Corporate Systems. Previous positions include Head of Delivery for Digital & Customer Operations and Corporate at The Rank Group plc, where Aileen managed significant projects and budgets while implementing crucial technology systems. Aileen's career also encompasses directorship at Niteo Consulting and project management roles at organizations such as The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and RB, where Aileen led IT initiatives across Europe. Aileen holds a BSc (Hons) in Management with a specialty in Marketing from The University of Manchester and a Level 2 Certificate in Horticulture from the Royal Horticultural Society.
