Thomas BILY is an experienced civil engineering professional currently serving as Ingénieur Travaux Principal at RAZEL-BEC since June 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Ingénieur Travaux Principal at Demathieu Bard from March 2013 to June 2021, where significant projects included overseeing the construction of the bridge at the Rivière des Galets and managing the structural work for nuclear waste storage at the CEA Marcoule. Earlier experience includes a role as Stagiaire Ingénieur Etudes at INGEROP and Stagiaire Conducteur de Travaux at COLAS. Thomas obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie civil from INSA Strasbourg between 2009 and 2012.
