Meg Chapman is the founder and director of Raw Halo, a company that produces organic raw chocolate bars made from ethically sourced, plant-based ingredients. The bars are wrapped in sustainable and recyclable packaging. Prior to starting Raw Halo in 2015, Meg worked as an HR manager for GSK and as an HR business advisor for London Business School. Meg also gained experience as an HR advisor at Boots and North East Derbyshire District Council. Meg began their career as an HR assistant through a work experience placement at Corus.

Meg Chapman attended Brookfield Community School from 2000 to 2007, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Meg then went on to the University of Derby from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management.
