James Carter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in tech services and implementation consulting. Currently serving as Team Lead for Tech Services at Rave Mobile Safety since May 2023, James previously held positions such as Senior Implementation Consultant at VLI Tech, Inc., where responsibility included providing consulting for Logis IDS SaaS implementations, and Senior Software Implementation Consultant at Logis Solutions A/S, overseeing enterprise software projects from initiation to go-live. Earlier in their career, James managed online product implementations at CDK Global and focused on account management for General Motors dealerships. Additionally, James's background in hospitality includes roles in operations management at Hyatt Regency Santa Clara and Fairmont San Francisco. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University and has also studied at César Ritz Colleges in Switzerland.
