Oriol Pedrals is an experienced professional in telecommunications, currently serving as the Director of Technology at Avatel Telecom since March 2019, where responsibilities include managing Telco systems and TV. Prior experience at Andorra Telecom from October 2004 to March 2019 involved roles such as Service Delivery Manager and Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, where Oriol Pedrals managed frequency assignments for the Government of Andorra and contributed to the development of multiple telecommunications regulations. Additionally, various positions held included Technology Strategy Leader and Chief Architect for multimedia services. Oriol Pedrals holds an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunications from UPC - ETSETB TelecomBCN (1997-2004) and completed a master's thesis on Fiber-Optic Communication Systems at DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 2004.
