Luiza Arcuschin is a seasoned professional in business development and project management, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at MetaDesign since April 2023. Luiza has been an active member of Sandbox since March 2018, contributing to a community dedicated to innovative and experimental projects. Luiza previously held the position of Business Development & Project Manager at Nama from August 2021 to April 2023 and founded Dream Facilitation, a consultancy focused on supporting purpose-driven initiatives, from March 2015 to April 2023. An MBA graduate from ESMT Berlin in 2014, Luiza has also worked as an in-house consultant for E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH and as an Associate Partner at Escola São Paulo. Earlier career experience includes roles at Red Bull as a Culture Marketing Analyst and internships at Carta Editorial and IMAGE DE MARQUE, where Luiza supported branding initiatives for notable clients. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from FGV and another from Universitat de Barcelona.
