Jay Sherman has extensive experience in operations and management within both legal and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations - Logistics at Rausch Sturm LLP since August 2013, Jay has held various positions including Legal Operations Manager and Application Support Specialist, and has contributed significantly to court documentation and client file management. Prior to this role, Jay worked at InterContinental Milwaukee from February 2011 to August 2013 as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, where responsibilities included employee scheduling, recruitment, and inventory management, as well as serving as Supervisor of Food and Beverage, overseeing daily operations and staff tasks. Jay's educational background includes studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
